Processing Times
We collaborate with independent European makers who craft our products with care.
Some items, especially handmade or limited‑batch pieces, may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Any extended handling time is clearly noted on the product page.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 3–8 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times apply to all orders unless a product page states a longer preparation time.
All shipments include tracking whenever available.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
Additional regions may be added in the future.
Multiple Parcels
Because selected items are created and shipped from different makers, your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Regardless of the number of parcels:
You only pay one shipping fee.
Each parcel will receive its own tracking link when available.
Shipping Fees (European Union)
- Standard Delivery: 5.90 €
- Free Delivery: Orders over 79 €
All displayed prices include VAT based on the destination country.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nordhau.com.
We will resolve the matter promptly and cover any necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect items, in accordance with EU consumer rules.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers within the EU have a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal after delivery, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to:
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened
- personalised or clearly customised items

Taxes and VAT
All prices shown on our website include VAT based on the shipping destination.
Orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional customs duties.
