Processing times
We collaborate with independent European makers who craft our products with care.
Some items are handmade or produced in limited batches. These may require additional processing time before shipping.
Whenever a product requires extra preparation time, the estimated handling period is clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery times
Our standard delivery time is 7–12 business days once your order has been dispatched.
These delivery times apply to all orders within the European Union. If a product requires longer preparation (for example, handmade items), this will always be clearly stated on the product page.
All shipments include tracking when available.
Shipping area
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Multiple parcels
Some items are shipped directly from different makers. As a result, your order may arrive in separate parcels.
- You only pay one shipping fee per order
- Each parcel receives its own tracking link (when available)
Shipping fees (EU)
- Standard delivery: €7.90
- Free delivery: Orders over €79
All displayed prices include VAT based on the destination country.
Returns
Return window
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. This complies with the EU consumer protection regulations.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Items not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened beauty or skincare products
- Used products or textiles
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Handmade or made-to-order items
- Final sale items

Return requests are handled within 1–2 business days.
Return costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A fixed return fee of €9.90 will be deducted from the refund
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
